How much more meat could a skilled hand with a regular knife have removed from this carcass?
This was literally under 45 seconds to knock the filets off this saugeye. Practice makes perfect regardless of the tool you choose.

red fish and black drum have a large spine you will leave a 1/2 in. of meat on the bone .reg. blade works better for me on big fish

Save what's on the spine and head , boil it like a turkey ...the new broth for lots of recipes !...well that's what we do ...

The blades look the same as the Bubba but the shape of the knife is quite diff

We will see how that goes heading to Northern Ill to fish Lake MI next Friday for a couple days than to Holland MI for Kings 👍👍😁😁 Monday hope I can do my first test

I am very excited for this stretch fishing with great friends and Daughter and Son in Law will join Monday and watching others battle Kings makes me very excited and Happy. I will be happy they all get chances if I take on it will be a bonus
