The problem with a willing buyer and seller is it does not exist. Obummer made the power companies buy the wind power. Way more expensive than our power plants. As a result every meter here has a 50 dollar per month add on to cover the expense. I’m guessing that is some of the millions Obummmer made while president. Fug all of them. Edk

Not only that Obama made the power transport companies build leases to the wind and solar farms because they wouldn’t build their own infrastructure to transport their power to the grid.
