wal mart is going batty with the price of winchester super x 22, $40.00 for 300 rounds Federal Auto.match is $22.87 now

But doesnt the 40 dollar one come in that old school throw back box? Thats what I'm seeing at our walmarts. They had automatch for 17 bucks a couple months ago. I bought every box they had, which was only 4.

I bought every box they had, which was only 4. Prices have been weird. The ones I am seeing right now are the ones that look like its in the old/vintage box. Not a "brown" box, but a cream colored box. Like a commemorative edition. It is $40.00/box. Then there are the bulk box 333 Winchesters that were selling for about $23/box. Haven't seen those in a couple months. At the same time they had the automatch at $18.97/box and they had a bunch. Now I went in to our local Wallyworld and the damn automatch is $33/box now.
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

Super Walmart by me has the $40 Super-X in old style yellow box. Haven't had Federal Automatch in 6 months. At leadt not when I've been in there.
