This is what "they" do.....you know the heat control lever?...it will go either way right or way left, but "they" dont know it can go in the middle too, making it the perfect temperature.

Mine makes a very good passenger! Love her to death…but she cannot read a map or phone app map. She will not unless forced drive an Interstate or a big city freeway. Fully convinced she’d drive to El Paso on a service road. It’s worse in our boats.

Wears me out riding with her.
I'd venture to guess I'm not the only one that feels like this...😬

I didn't think she was that bad. 😁

I've got you all beat. Mine slows down for green lights because, you know, it might turn yellow.

I think that's SOP for about 90% of drivers in the DFW area.

Please, don t get me started, no. 1 she drives too far to the right,i mean right next to the white line. She didn t belive me until i had our teenage daughter drive behind her and confirm it.Yet,she still does it and hits every pot hole on that side.
No. 2 She hit the same gigantic pothole, in the same place ,on her way to her mothers house
EVERY TIME, until she broke the rear axle, thank God the town fixed the pothole.I had to put police/taxi heavy duty suspension in her Impala, now she happily bounces over the potholes, driving chin first,on the right hand side, seat pulled too far foward,70's music playing, lol.

My 1st wife could put 15 miles on the odometer in a 10 mile trip with all the wandering from lane to lane.

My wife of 40 plus years is a very good driver. We lived on the side of a mountain off a dirt road during the 80s, my friends would not come visit in the winter. She drove it every day in her AMC Eagle I was driving a Jeep cj8

That doesn't mean much other than that she drives slow. My own sainted mother, God rest her soul, had a spotless driving record but ran probably half the drivers in south Mississippi off the road. She drove with one foot on the brake and one on the accelerator, never hesitating to step on the brakes and accelerator at the same time. She had multiple accidents because the concept of turning the wheel to move to the other lane was foreign to her, whenever someone was merging instead of moving over for them she'd stand on the brakes and hold her line, either hitting the person merging or causing the person behind her to hit her. She had a clean driving record however, because she never got over 45 mph.

My wife got her drivers licence when she was 55, she is now 59 and I have no problems at all going to sleep when she drives. we reside in a town that has reverse parking and she backs a car and trailer with the best of them.

My daughter is a very good driver who drives some five and a half hours each time she comes home to visit, with the only problem being that she keeps pinching my diesel 4x4.

So...no issues here.

added...my mother on the other hand is an absolute lunatic behind the wheel, but since she lives six hours away I feel sort of safe.

I do on occasion have my wife drive so that I can drink more heavily.

When that happens I sit in the back and I refer to her as “driver.”

We all have to have a plan and that is not the worst I have heard.

Please explain this.

Our parking lots are designed as pull in back out anymore.
I hate it. In theory, it's easier and takes less space.
In practice, you have to back into the travel lane blind.
Because the cars beside you block your vision.

People drive and walk that lane like they have not a care in the world.

They also back into that lane like there is 0 chance of a kid or car
being there.

They all can multi task just fine, ask them! Actually, I can't complain too much, my Ma and sister's drive just fine! Country gals seem to pick up the knack more so than others and they stay off their phones which is surprising! My ex-wife on the other hand loved to drive her two boys around with a gin and tonic in the console and she had absolutely no idea how to back the thing up with mirrors! Am amazed she still has her license!

I know what you mean as most towns here are nose in...back in is so much easier, and safer when exiting.

Some areas around here it is illegal to back into a parking spot! I was ticketed in LaCrosse several years ago! Blew my mind!
