I watched "John Wick 3 Parabellum" last night and I'm thinking there was at least 5K shots fired mostly at point blank range. Lots of them were shot at bad guys wearing helmets though. If there was ever an opportunity for somebody to get hurt it was that movie. Nothin! If you're professional and know what you're doing everybody is far better off than if you are a woke leftist that's got his head up his ass. Baldwin was doing what he does best; being a fool. He surrounded himself with like minded individuals. He needs to pay for it. Outlawing guns on films is not going to happen unless we're going back to stupid sitcoms with dubbed in laughter.

"absolute authority" of gun safety on set doesn't mean jack to me. They failed at their job..sure. That doesn't change who conciously and willingly pulled the trigger.
I simply won't believe otherwise. Yep. I have been saying the same from the beginning. Nice to see that some others have started changing their tune (not implying you changed). Just because it is Hollywood doesn't absolve the ultimate responsibility lies with the one holding the gun.

Three years ago, four nursing students, seniors in the RN program, were driving to Savannah, headed to do clinical at the hospital. Traffic stopped on I 16 due to a wreck. An 18 wheeler rear ended their car. All 4 nurses were killed.
I know a lawyer who was involved in this case. He just told me it settled out of court for $16 million for each family. And he said the Baldwin case will easily go for more than that.
Also for what it is worth, he predicts no criminal charges on Baldwin, but, criminal charges on the asst. director.
