I asked you a question, still waiting.

The Jan. 4 date assumes a lot, including their hope that the sure-to-be challenges don't happen but there are going to be numerous lawsuits covering various aspects that are very suspect in how this is being done & whether OSHA really has the authority to create law related to personal health.

And some of those challenges will make it to the SCOTUS.................but they can always pull their standard BS & refuse to hear any or all the suits based on THEIR interpretation of standing, if they don't want to be forced to make a decision, which they are really good at.

So lots can, & will happen before this ever gets to be really final..................several states have already joined & are filling a joint suit; lots of other groups will be doing the same.

Don't panic just yet.

Exactly. Our CEO said they will not lose a single employee because of the mandate. The company is debt free and makes millions. He said they will not mandate until the final court case and their legal team is ready. They recommend the jab but believe it's personal choice.

Like I said, there is no federal mandate to vax for you.

Why are people so afraid of getting the shot? I don't know what's so scary about it. Took 5 minutes and my arm wasn't even sore after.

But they're using the OSHA Congressional Record filing of intent to put more pressure on more employers to try to force more of them to require employees to get vaxed.

And to make more nervous employees more inclined to go ahead & give in as they are trying to make everyone believe it's already a law or that it's inevitable that it will be.

So even if they push through an OSHA reg that eventually gets overturned & withdrawn, they will still have trick-fu^cked a whole lot more people into getting jabbed.

Might be wrong, time will tell.

I don't like the weekly testing and I'll be damd if I'm gonna pay for it. I'm also not gonna wear a mask for life when it doesn't work and the vaxed don't have to and the vax doesn't work.

The use of the test to determine if someone has the virus is a bad joke, itself.

It was never intended as a test for C-19 & it's inaccuracy rate is far higher than it's accuracy rate.

So whatdayado if you test positive & have no symptoms or effects? Schitt or go blind?

It's called "fiscal immunity". The Big Farma is immune from lawsuits. The more shots that are given, the bigger the profit. They don't care if you die. What matters is the profit. I think the abortion issue has a strong religious tenor. You don't have to be Catholic, but abortion has always been a big Catholic no no.
So you can site that all the vaccines used fetal abotion tissue inn development and manufacture. Naturally this is encouraging and supporting abortion.
You can also toss in stem cells from abortions for research if you need more lines.
