The kid was the only one willing to STAND UP when everyone else just as soon STAND BY! I give the kid top billing for best rolling survival shootout ever but he was attacked and there were other people out there standing up.

Okay, so what happens if the judge grants the mistrial motion for the defense? A new trial? That doesn’t seem to benefit Kyle. My belief, too. I certainly would not be looking for a mistrial no. I was a juror on a murder case that ended in a hung jury. Had jurors that just could not bring themselves to convict with everything laid out in front of them.

That prosecutor is doing a great of bringing sympathy for Rittenhouse with his continuous attacks on him, I hope that pos Binger gets disbarred. I wish somebody would cut that peacock off the top of the front of his head. 😆😆😆

What if; the prosecutor knows he’s loosing and wants a new trial with a more favorable judge? He would work hard to earn a mistrial. He then can get his do-over.

The elephant in the room is that The FBI had some surprise aerial footage introduced into evidence. Why? There were no prosecutions of looters and arsonists in Kenosha that night, yet the FBI stood down as the city burned. DOJ refuses to label Antifa or BLM as terrorist organizations as they rioted across the USA.
A questioning mind would wonder about that incongruity.

Rittenhouse was outstanding.
You couldn’t not like him. Ive seen officers, agents, detectives who've testified dozens of times in court not come close to the kid's professional demeanor. He did very well in his testimony and not fall for the prosecutor's leading questions and baiting

I just witnessed a Prosecutor try and make an issue of the type of ammunition young Mr Rittenhouse used to defend himself.

Rittenhouse himself also did very well on the stand. If the jury is not loaded with total Libertard Idiots, the Not Guilty Verdict should come back in about 10 minutes after the Judge instructs them to vote.
