A good principle to guide me through life: “This is all I have come to expect, standard lackluster performance. Trust nothing, believe no one and realize it will only get worse…”

Legal Insurrection. They have an attorney following the action live. Best commentary and analysis I have found.

Maybe they are all just getting together to see what everyone wants for lunch from the local "take out." You think? L.W.

Heard judge decided to sequester jury in an unknown location with no windows so they can’t see protestors. MSNBC reporter got caught trying to follow the bus jury was in, in order to report it’s location. MSNBC banned from courtroom.

I'm betting he's a protester lying about his employment; i.e., a fraud... Judge should have sequestered this jury from the get-go... JMHO..

msnbc guy was trying to take photos of the jury. this judge dont play. If he didn't play around, he would have tossed the case by now for any of the numerous examples of persecutorial misconduct. Or at least sequestered the jury.

If they can prove a connection to BSNBC, that should be (more) grounds for dismissal with prejudice. So far the judge hasn't grown a big enough pair of balls to do that. I'm guessing there's going to be a directed verdict of not guilty by the judge if the jury trumps up some lame excuse to convict. I'm sure he would rather let the jury take the heat for an acquittal.
