Most of us saw it live right here on the fire. Remember that gye that kept pushing him around in his face? He was cool with that until layed out on the hyway attacked by the mob. There was other stuff too like the skate board slaughter which was lost to everyone in the mix up and hasn't been exposed as an on camera killing.
Jury foreman is a liberal woman. Reportedly a pharmacist. Can’t be many of those in town.
2 maybe 3 holdouts for acquittal, including her.
Likely anti-gun, anti-freedom, and scared of her identity being found out.
None of them realize that everyone Kyle killed, injured, or shot at and missed was a felon ... including “jump kick man” which apparently everyone in town knew who he was. Been in the court system there multiple times, including in front of that DA and judge.
It's a shame that none of that came into evidence, one way or another.
Yep. All 3 were upstanding citizens, not including the then unidentified jump kick man. All with a history of physical violence.
Rosenbaum (36) was released the day of the shootings from a Milwaukee hospital where he had been treated for a suicide attempt. Convicted sex offender for molesting his girlfriends (plural) little boys and spent time in prison in Arizona.
Huber (26) served a pair of prison stints stemming from family conflict, including choking his brother in 2012.
Grosskreutz (28) arrested for hitting his grandmother in the face when he was 17. His long list of offenses includes domestic abuse, trespassing, multiple DUIs, prowling, felony burglary, and two charges of carrying firearms while drunk. The latest including drunk driving with a pistol in the car days before this incident. Plus an extensive sealed juvi record.
But I read on one website that his felony conviction was expunged. So, technically, maybe not a "felon" as far as some legality related things go. Still, NOT a good guy.
The desert is a true treasure for him who seeks refuge from men and the evil of men. In it is contentment In it is death and all you seek (Quoted from "The Bleeding of the Stone" Ibrahim Al-Koni)

Agreed. Otherwise all of those times he got stopped for DUI with a gun in the car, he’d have been back in the big house.

As it turns out, the jump kick guy is also a criminal with a long rap sheet.

Hasn’t the jury been going home every night? They are probably aware of the dead dude’s history.
