I trust the AR-15 platform just never been a big fan of them.
Bought and re-sold two early Colt's (1969'ish) for a pittance of profit - never shot them.
Then very early this year I bought a heavy stainless barrel Rock River AR with a top quality scope that IS hilldabeast and earache holder proof (no paper).
Still learnin about'em, gatherin ammo and haven't shot this latest one as yet either.
Long live the popular AR-15.

What's your life worth? Kyle saved his life from.losing it at the hands of a bunch of scumbags. I'll bet his folks think that rifle was a good buy no matter its cash cost was. He was found not guilty for using it to protect his life. That reaffirmation in court of a person's right to self defense in this day and age was priceless. Why worry about what someone could sell and profit from it moneywise. The fact is it was worth his life to have it and to use it as needed to save his life. The court finding of not guilty reaffirms that right for all of us. Priceless. Made to use and give good service over its mechanical lifespan but it's worth played out in a few minutes. Priceless. Mb
