This would so freak me out... "The squid’s muscles still retain Adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the main source of energy for muscle contractions. Therefore, when the sodium in soy sauce is absorbed into the creature’s body, it triggers muscle spasms that appear to make the cephalopod dance. Watch those bumps.. That's funny shidt 30+ years ago I was on a job that got the very first 120ft JLG lift in Commyfornia. 9 Speads and set on High it would burn rubber on all 4 tires. We had a Blast on it until one of the guys was thrown out of it. We did not wear any safety gear in lifts back then. The Gen Con Hired an AZZ Hat Local 12 Operating Engineer to operate the lift after that. He set it on the slowest it would go because he was a typical Union Worker that was paid by the hour. It was no more fun on that project at all.

Watch those bumps.. This is why you are required in the US to wear a safety harness and be connected to the basket while running boom lifts. I knew a female apprentice who was working downtown Portland in a boom lift on the street doing traffic light repairs. Got rear ended, flew out of the basket, and got run over by two cars and killed before anyone realized what happened.
