I would support it if they would add geriatrics.

Anyone under the age of 25 that is still in school and kills someone while driving should also have their parents killed

There we go, more killing

While we’re at lt, let’s off that guy that passes me on the freeway and pulls back into the lane right in front of me. And telemarketers, them for sure.

Actually, your point is well taken. I saw a picture of a church sign that read “Honk if you love Jesus. Text to meet him today”.

Sounds good on the surface but also seems like there's a lot of other potential issues not addressed, such as how is offender supposed to pay support since DUI homicide convictions usually entail prison sentences ?

Seize offender's assets which could lead to offender's family being left destitute?

Do children of wrongfully killed parents also get deceased parents S.S. survivor benefits along with support payments from offender?

Will children's legal guardian get subsidies?

Who claims the children as dependents on taxes?

Don’t forget hypertension and obesity, if some one gets behind the wheel with 150/90 BP and kills someone? Or sugar in the 300s? Shouldn’t they get wacked too??

Sure, why not. Apparently many so called conservatives on here think MORE laws is the way forward. I guess they believe you can legislate our way out of problems.

This conversation has to bring up Hubert.

How the holy fugk can you condemn a drunk driver without condemning him in the same breath is the height of hypocrisy.

And anyone with Washington plates driving slow in the passing lane on I-5.

Add them to the list.

Obey lawful commands. Video interactions. Hold bad cops accountable. Problem solved.

Dead.

150 over 90 will get your CDL yanked. 150/90 BP, .08 BAL. Kill all those impaired bastards if they get behind the wheel.

Drink driving is illegal. Killing is illegal. All these special case named pull at your heartstrings laws are a waste of time and resources.

Get to work lowering taxes and refining the legal code for smaller more effective government. Anything else we vote for the other guy.
