WTF ElkHunter, no dead bunny rabbit photos ??? π
Gimme some time! You folks still have rabbits there? Ours, both kinds, have disappeared, nearly entirely. Thought I almost hit one on the road back from town the other night. None around the yard anymore, last one I saw was this summer. Odd, the F&G folks sent an email out a few months back asking if anyone has seen/found sick or dead rabbits while out and about. Especially ones not obviously predator or human killed/wounded. I'm guessing the RHDV has arrived. Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Virus. Can't think of anything else that would wipe them out like this. Same situation in Southern Nevada. Last year I had a bunch in the yard, this year I've only seen a few in the neighborhood none on my back yard rabbit smorgasbord. I thought it might be that 7 year cycle thing but their was no downward glide path, more like flipping a switch; boom. no more bunnies.

Chrome w/ white and red furniture mo betta!!! ππππ€ͺπ€ͺπ€ͺπππ Rene, is that you holding the AK Folder ??? What year was that photo taken? That is evans, one of my 240 gunners. Im the guy with the m4 in front of the RPK. We were doing wpns registration. Each home was allowed a AK and a 9mm pistol. 3 mags each. Some of the stupidest schit ever. This propane shop violated the limit. We confiscated the extra wpns. Donny Rumsfeld policy summer 03. And his wpns buy back plan was a flop also. Both policies supplied the insurgency flare up in many ways starting early july 03. Politicians are some stupid mofo,s. And they have American blood on their hands. We as U.S. citizens cant own auto wpns without the proper.gov paperwork and paying big bucks to do so But lets go in Iraq and let sandniqqa,s 120 yrs outta the stone age have em carte blanche. Thanks Rene. And thanks again for your Service!

I thought it might be that 7 year cycle thing but their was no downward glide path, more like flipping a switch; boom. no more bunnies. Ours seemed to decline starting in 2017-18, we had really good numbers of both kinds here in the yard, living under the woodpile and such, when we moved in 5 years ago. Seemed like I started to see a little rebound last summer/fall and was of the opinion it was the 7 year cycle deal too. Then, this summer, a few in the yard and now nothing. And we rarely see one on the road, even dead ones, of which there seemed to be at least one new one on the way to town every day.. Not sure now it will ever recover.

I think alot of what was allowed in provinces based on demographics. Money. Materials. Privledges Ethnic and religous make up Ect ect ect.. Early on Nineveh provence was Bremer's poster child of "stabilty" cause of little active combat during the OIF1 invasion. We came up thru Ah Najaf , Karbala, Al Hilla mostly schitbytd Shia regions fighting fedeyeen, Iraqi Army just deserted basically and went civie clothes. All exicited cause the Sunnis no longer ruled in their minds.. Got into Baghdad urban Sunni dominated. Spent 2 weeks their. Then went to Mosol for 8 months. Bremers vision of "Stabilty" His little model city state..... Then ya throw in king davids/ General Patreus the 101st CG at the time little pet peeve "be nice to the Iraqis attitude".. SMH.... Place basically was " pacified" in Bremers and King Davids minds because no heavy fighting had gone down during the ground war in the place. Only place that had been hit was the airport by our Airforce basically. They was still using saddam dinars up their in late may thru late june after the currency had collapsed in the rest of the country and everything down south was being american dollar based. Get up their, Demographics all what the fugg ever Arabs Turkomen Assyrians Yazdis Kurds Shia Iranian " refugees " from the Iran iraq war Coptic Christains 5 to 10% of the population. Other abstract what the fugg ever types. It was a goat fugg dealing with all the dynamics of that place.

Got a whole family up the road here that live in doublewides. On 300 acres. They also own a logging company, sawmill, a restaurant in town and could buy and sell Goalie and a bunch of the other bragadocious "fat cats" here. One of the places I hunt is 400 acres and the people who own it live in a doublewide. Another friend lives in a singlewide on 148 acres. I just killed another doe on his property last week. Lotta dumbphucks think they're high class in their big fancy houses. On a whopping 1/2 acre lot. LOL

"Double-wides" and most modular homes are not, in most cases, a better long term real estate investment than stick built or log homes. But, some stick built and log homes are poorly constructed and are weak investments. Some large tracts of land are not strong investments either. Many overpay to purchase, and many get over-taxed. Some small building lots are stupid in asking price. Many tracts are inherited, and the equity used to put a person into debt long term.
All to say, anything can be a poor reflection of a person's long-term investment knowledge. Or it can be good. Case by case, market to market, location matters greatly.
