Turmeric helps with inflammation and takes the edge off. Cheap and easy.

Two Aleve, twice a day.

Supplements of ginger, tumeric, and glucosamine/chondroitan MSM can help many people, as will going on a no-sugar diet. But Aleve is the best bet of what is available over-the-counter.

Cut out artificial sweeteners, refined sugar, and take MSM. My whole family is finally on board with this.

I have bad arthritis in my elbow joint from a bad break as a kid. I went low carb diet and cut out sugar about 3 years ago. All of my joint pain disappeared. Sister has tons of hip and joint issues, she went on the same diet and the joint pain went away. Father, same story. Tough to change your diet for the long haul but it works.

Glucosamine / Chondroitin is worthless.

Indomethacin works wonders.

Maybe you've already done this, but I cut back on foods that cause inflammation. I cut out a lot of starches and, (gasp!) beer. My joints feel a lot better, especially my hands, which have almost 40 years of tradesman mileage on them.

Diet Pepsi caused me an undue amount of knee pain until I figured it out.

Amputation of major joints is so popular because that's the highest profit that the monopoly industry pushes.

It is also the highest risk of health and life to the patients.

Sure thing.

And the alternative when there is bone on bone contact?

You have something that will cure your asthma too?

Yes.
I have had total destruction of small joints and partial of large.
They quickly and completely healed with no help from your drugs or surgeries to amputate and replace them with inferior substances than what God gave me.

Cure for asthma?
Yes, the Lord gave me a cure for my asthma.

seen a knee doctor about 6 months ago for knee pain, he told me to take 1500mg of glucosamine sulfate, not plain glucosamine, start with one 1500mg once a day if knee still hurts then take twice a day, I only ever needed one so far, knees feel great. I get mine through wal mart I order on line. doc also told me don't let anyone near your knees with a needle, they will screw your knees up

That's awesome Fireball!

If you took the advice of the majority of allopathic doctors you would have been Rxd many harmful drugs, injections until they destroyed your connective tissue to the point you give in to the intense pain and go for the pricey amputations.

INSTEAD...
You diagnosed it by YOURSELF with God's wisdom.
Then overcame the diet Pepsi that eventually leads to a multitude of harmful Diseases.
You probably replaced that with water.
Problem solved.

Cheers to good health!
