I think I have 4-5 boxes of that Hornady whitetail 7mm-08 139gn laying around here somewhere. My Tikka T3 does not like it, It shoots it minute of clothes basket at a 100 yards. With Remington 120gr the holes touch.

What's a Rural King?

Kind of like a tractor supply on steroids with a gun department .

Rural King = Cal Ranch ?

Rural King has new popcorn machines ( free popcorn)
Got a automatic dispenser set up, kinda a screw in a recessed groove set up.

Put your bag by the hole, push a button
WundarBar
Sprinkle salt or powdered butter flavored schit.
Eat and spill as you shop....

Mee Maw and Pee Paw whose hygeine and bathing habits are questionable at best, aint putting their grimy dick beaters in the popcorn anymore.

Gawd ..
I wish I hadn't left my phone in the truck that day the boot lipped ptsd groid had his therapy kangaroo in the place.

One of the pawnshops here in Town I suspect lost their FFL.
Hadn't been in the place since beginning of deer season back in sept.
0 firearms of any type.
Z fugging ro.

Acting flakey, low key, and kinda aloof about it.
Owner and both employees story line not making money off guns.
Market has bottomed out.
Too many gunshops in town
B.S.

Been going their since 01.
Pretty shocking when I walked in and 0 firearms.

Fughing gunshow broadswords and battle axes and knives up on the walls

They got ammo though.
A good amount a actually

Got fed fusion 30-06 165 gr for 32 a bx Otd
Picked up 30 M855 LC 09 vintage in a zip lock for 15 otd.

Gonna go buy some of that ot6 tommorow.

Didnt pay attention to much else.
But they had some selection.
Slumlord said look for .44 mag and .357

Another mans loss is another mans game.

They had to do something stoopid to be outta the firearm business after all this time and say the flakey stuff they did about why...

Cabelas in Richfield WI had pallets of Herters 12 ga game loads (same as the Herters target loads) a month or so ago. Grabbed 9 cases to supplement the ammo dump. Case price was $90 w/tax though, pre-rona was ~$60.

Look, when are you going to get smart and stop buying ammo at excessively high prices? As I have told you before, increase in material cost and inflation is minor contributor to high prices main culprit being stupid people buying ammo because it is there to buy. Certain ammo is expensive, however. For example, .357 and .44 Magnum are about $26 per 50 and $36 per 50 respectfully (calculated on current exchange rate). These are either fmj or jacketed flat soft points, no JHPs.
