What was the selling price on the two stainless 6.5x55? $1200 & $1300 sale price. Plus 20% buyer's premium. Plus shipping etc.

Here’s the 7/08 that sold in the same range as above. https://www.gunbroker.com/item/923775701

I had a passing thought I might flip it but once I have spent some time with it I will not be able to let it go. This is becoming a sickness. My first classic stainless with wood stock feels amazing. Pic 1Pic 2You did very well on that deal. Very nice rifle and 5 digit nonetheless. That is a bonus.. Plus the Leupold is worth some money. Can't tell if it is a VX3 3.5-10x40, but it appears to be something along those lines. Those are the kinds of deals I look for and buy..
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

BSA, I don’t remember off hand I think it was a vx2 but it is a 12x variable so not bad at all. Plus a short action.
AK, there is also a five digit 7 mag unfired in box on there. That is going to go for a pretty penny. Luckily I already have a 7 mag so they won’t be getting my money this time.

I wonder if my SS/Wood Fwt in 300 WM would bring even half the money of that 308.

That one isn’t even a New Haven rifle… puzzling.

Are these the same actions as the classic stainless that came in the black plastic stocks but dropped in a walnut stock?

Essentially; primary difference being the moa trigger on the BACO version.
They didn’t make a ton of the BACO stainless supergrades so that price doesn’t surprise.
And - point of trivia - there were no classic stainless supergrades made outside of the custom shop until the very end of the classic run, and those were the 7 digit wsm’s.
And before somebody jumps on me about the 358 STA - it was essentially a stainless supergrade just not marked as such!
