The only thing I see in their summary that is controversial is adding 3 seconds for Rapids on electronic targets.

With non-electronic targets, we never started keeping time until all the targets are all the way up.

I haven't shot a match in about 20 years, but my plan is to hit a few this coming year. I didn't even know some matches started in the seated and prone at 200 and 300...we always started standing and contorted laugh


Of course scopes now also, but I'm a purist.
