Roberts had to perform contortions previously unknown to man to justify Obamacare as legal; justifying the employer mandate for a vax that is not a vax is a cakewalk for a contortionist of Roberts' level.
If any one of the "conservative" justices agree, it will be upheld. Gorsuch, Kavanaugh & Barrett are all very suspect & subject to coercion from Roberts.
The vax that is not a vax is a dismal failure with regards to either preventing getting the virus or spreading it.
Ask yourself this: If you got 3 smallpox vaccines in 9 months & still got smallpox, would you also call that vaccine beneficial, useful & mandatory?...................I kinda think not.

Roberts has been compromised for years. One of the first things the GOP should do the next time they control the WH is to impeach him for dereliction of duty. There have been several cases dealing with the Constitution and disagreements between states that he has personally refused to allow to be held despite the fact that those are the exact cases the SC is supposed to hear in accordance with their Constitutional mandate. ^^^^^^ This. If a hardhat only protected you 10% of the time, would it be mandated on job sites by OSHA? The mRNA shot does not stop the spread of Covid. It only provides marginal and fleeting protection. So how can something that clearly isn't working be mandated by the government? SCOTUS has a simple decision to make.

The reason for the second shot is because the first didn't work at all, so they claimed, you need a second jab. Well, heck that didn't work either. All these people know about marketing. "We need to tell them they need another" We'll need to call it by another name. Yes, "Booster" Let's call it a booster shot. It doesn't sound like they are getting a full dose of horse-do. Listenng to the Supreme Court arguments and Roberts seems to be pointing out about all the increase in positive Covid cases.
Seems like the argument should be whether the government can legally inject something into your body without your consent.
Legal injection for the death penalty is the only circumstance for that Iām aware of for that. All of that SCOTUS jabawalkee doesn't mean schit to a tree. The question is and remains, do these mandates and lockdowns violate the United States Constitution. Roberts, Sotomayr, Breyer, Barrett, Kavanaugh, et al: Save the noise for your fugkin headphones.
