Ok so on my new to me lock-in load I am having primer issues. It doesn’t want to advance, it doesn’t want to load a primer and it kicks th post out as seen in my picture. Can anyone help me out?

If the primer slide not advancing its the cam rod position and the black support on top. I had problems with the primer slide and cam too once adjusted works like a champ. You Tube is your friend on Hornady LNL AP, their a guy 76Highway is the best instruction/help on LNL AP so check him out he's the best on the LNL AP.
My advice is to call Hornady support. I've called them a couple of times when I was ready to pull my hair out. The result was always "Why didn't I think of that?"
My Hornady has made me miss my old rcbs pro 2000. I spend more time working on the Hornady than I do loading on it. Mines a little bit older one but I've converted it to the spring around the shell plates and just finally got a breakaway primer feed guide bar. I've broke a few primer slides so hopefully that fixes it. Try hard to not spill any powder because that screws up a bunch of stuff usually starting with the priming.
Lots of good info in this thread. Still have 2 Hornady's. Lots of tolerance stacking going on, some of them work right out of the box some not so much. I've helped a few get them running, no two have the same issues it seems.
Nothing wrong with the loader. Find a friend that has one, and listen, or watch this guys videos. Its not brain surgery. I have Dillon a 750, and 2 LNL. I use them interchangeably . I had a hornady progressive had same issues the primer bar or whatever it’s called wouldn’t come all the way back I ended up bending the tube it rides on until it came back far enough to pick up a primer. I eventually sold it and bought a Dillon 650 best money I ever spent.

Then the damn thing go out of time, when it ran good best progressive for the money. When it ran bad it was the worse money spent lol. But will say hornady customer service was great when it came to replacing broken parts on it.

Hey lee Ive reloaded since 1980 and have NEVER fought a press like this one. I did read instructions and still fight it even after watching your you tube guy, doing his fixes and hours on the phone with hornady. Even the hornady tech guy fights his at times

Got quite a few years on ya, have never seen one that didnt run. somethings out of time. If it is that bad off, Hornady will replace. Should not have to fight it. I dont fight mine, I just know its quirks. Every machine has its quirks. That guy has quite a few videos on the LNL, might watch a few more. It can only be 3 or 4 things at most.Do you have any friends that have a LNL, it should be easy to figure out. I use different torque on the primer screw for different primers, I dont wrench it down...Just finger tight, or finger loose a little at a time
No one has a hornady only Dillon for progressive. and I have only fought one press a mec grabber I watched his videos did everything he said and the “quirk “ as you call it, never had that with my Dillon Yes I’ve tried the different tightness on the primer screw too Ive done what hornady says too, new paws new thing in center(can’t remember its name) and hornady has never said a thing of replacing , but I’m also the second owner It really sucks now cause I’m going to lose my butt selling this When you load 20 cases and miss 3 primers that gets to add up plus the mess
