Yes. Cooper's. This one knocked himself out plowing into the house in pursuit of a quail. Near suicidal when on the chase. Had this one in hand as it took him a couple minutes to revive. Can actually see Cookie's reflection in its eye.

Although our eagle population is growing, the Great Horned Owl is the baddest raptor in our area. They’ll kick a hawk’s butt, I’m told.

Looks like a Sharp shinned hawk. I don't see the light bright patch on the upper beak, that Cooper Hawks desplay. My best guess. Look at the tail when it flys! Squared tail its a Sharp-shinned. Rounded tail its a Cooper's hawk.
