Stress is nothing more than what we used to call challenge. Now get back to work.
A client years ago, Earl Bliss, to an empoyee complaining about working on a weekend. I've used it repeatedly. Surviving something "stressful" is merely surviving, but if you can see it as a challenge, you can get through it feeling like you've conquered something.
