And actually, the policies of Biden's handlers are designed to harm the country--so by that standard they've been successful.

I think they just wanted to get him out in front of a camera because his ratings are horrible. The problem there is that he’s so senile acting and generally unlike able that I’m not sure that it can do him any good.
