I put a red X approximately where he ended up. He might have been just a few feet out of the pic but this is what they edited it to. His pants were missing and he was sort of rolled up.

As a retired first responder (fire department) incidents like this were generally easy to mitigate. Most times just a broom to sweep debris and a little speedy dry for bike fluids. Copious amounts of bleach and water if the contents ruptured. Hopefully the innocent victims weren’t badly hurt.
