If you did, share them with us. I've been thinking about buying a couple, but have been out of state. I'm heading back and may just buy a nice pre 64 fwt 243, I've been eyeballing.. Looked all original and only $900.00. What about you guys?

I went slumming and got a Remington 700 CDL in 35 Whelen and a couple in the box J frame Smith's. I excel at buying my own Christmas gifts.

Then STFU. The rest of your statement is superflous bullshit with no real bearing on this discussion other than to massage your own ego. Suckin' on my titties like you wanted me.

I didn't get any, buy I gave some. One nephew got a model 94 from 1955 in .30-30 unmolested and in good shape. One niece got a model 94 in .32 Winchester Special from 1957 with a Williams FP sight and a 3/32" white front bead. Another nephew got a model 1400 shotgun in good condition. He's really more of a shotgun guy, so no 94 for him.

Ran across a nice 77 tube fed over the holidays. Snatched it up off the used rack.

Saw a pre-64 M70 rifle in .270 in the used gun rack for $650 and thought about picking it up for a minute or two. Wasn't in great shape, though, so decided against it. Was a solid rifle, but stock was beat up and bluing was quite worn. Looked like it had been hunted hard over the years. I don't need another 270, but was temped to buy it for the action. Probably should have.

Sold a couple, a decent pre 64 300 H&H that was a bit of a project rifle and a really nice winlite 7 mag. Always on the lookout for the next "last one for a while"!

A little late but I Picked up a gorgeous 1955 SG standard in 22 Hornet with a williams peep, SG swivels and a hood today. Shes stamped 54 - 22 H under the barrel with a solid bolt handle. If anyone would like to post her picture Id be glad to send it to you.

I bought a Winchester Model 67 posted here in the classifieds. I have a 4 year old great nephew, he'll start out on it and I'll give it to him if he stays interested.

I dragged home a model 71 sporting (deluxe) rifle with sg sling swivels and leather sling. Lyman 56 receiver peep. Late 40s to early 50s vintage if I had to estimate but haven’t checked for exact date yet.

Sounds like some great finds! Its nice we can still find good deals out there on these old Winchester rifles. I lucked into an early USRAC XTR FWT short action 22-250 that is a beautiful rifle. Ill have it in hand in a couple weeks and see how it shoots.

I purchased a NIB Winchester 63 22lr. Unfortunately, it was one made by Miroku.
