I used to have a nice one til UPS got ahold of it. They're ignoring my shipping insurance claim. From what I gather that is normal for them. Anybody have a buttstock for one?

Damn that is a shame. I have no idea if it would be strong enough, but I would glue that stock back together and put some pins in it.

Done a lot of stock repair too. Just bought a replacement w/o the monte carlo comb.

Fireball , I would have blown a gasket. Hate you had to go through that, I just bought one in 45-70 at a decent price, damn shells cost me $70 a box. I got some Grizzly brand in hard cast 405 grain I think and some low 300 something grain in hollow point.
I’m wondering if I have the barrel cut down a bit how much I may regret having it done down the road.
