It would make more sense if NFL OT rules allowed both teams a chance to possess the ball at least once. I thought Buffalo would steam roll KC . Their offense seemed unstoppable lately. Agreed. Yep. And if it's still a tie, then sudden death.

Go Bengals? I hope their offensive line is doing steroids this week.

This is a bit late to mention, but prior to the 'Niners - Packers game, the competition committee ruled that Green Bay was not allowed to throw a pass to anyone except Adams.

Yep, this. The best team needs to win more than just the coin toss. Well, if the Bills had a frekin defense...

In high school if there was a tie game it got decided at the end of regulation. Who had the most 1st downs Who had the most red zone (penetrations) Who had the most yardage gained Who had the most offensive plays Generally the games were decided by first two tiebreakers. In the 60's we beat a rival two consecutive years in 0 to 0 games by 1st downs & or penetrations

Yep, this. The best team needs to win more than just the coin toss. Well, if the Bills had a frekin defense... Who had the tougher task as a QB in the Bills vs Chiefs game? Lets see, both offenses were tops in the NFL, but Buffalo was better than KC throughout the season statistically. Buffalo ranked No.1 in the NFL in total defense being No. 1 against the rush and No. 1 against the pass. Chiefs are No. 7 against the rush and No. 27 against the pass (and boy did it show). No. 1 defense can’t stop opposing team from moving the ball from their own 25 YL to a 49 yard FG with only 13 seconds on the clock. Oops overtime. No. 1 Defense in the NFL can’t stop opposing team from scoring a 75 yard TD drive. Now it’s lets change the rules as they’re unfair. The rules are there to shorten play as much as possible in overtime to reduce injury of fatigued players and possibly having to play 20 minutes more of football which is tough. Don’t forget Josh got to call the toss, he chose unwisely. Could have easily went the other way if tails came up on the toss.

Buffalo up by 3 points with 13 seconds to go in the 4th.........SQUIB KICK the damn ball taking about 4 or 5 seconds off the clock. Then Mahommes would have had only 1 play to either get into field goal range and tie the game or get it into the end zone for the touchdown. Buffalo lost this game by giving Mahommes the opportunity in OT.
Bad call by Buffalo to kick away!

I've been a Buffalo fan for over 40 years. McDermott gave the game away by not squib kicking the ball. Should have listened to Romo from the broadcast booth. It was the same thing he said before they kicked off. Probably would have run the clock to 00:00 because some hero for KC would have thrown the ball around trying to advance it.

And Mahommes would have had only one play left. Not enough time to kick a field goal had KC gotten into field goal range anyway.....STUPID clock management by Buffalo.

So, a squib could be fallen on by a player at the 35 or 40, and take no time off the clock. They'd be worse off.

Go Bengals? I hope their offensive line is doing steroids this week. They better hire some fast fuggin Defense players to chase down Tyreek Hill & Mahomes. Rams vs KC Super Bowl. Book it ! 😜 Mahomes is gonna get another SB Ring too.

Took them a while to get their offense to jell this year and its clear their ddfense hasnt. I doubt they will win the SB. I think Mahomes slipped past the fix last night.
