I am seeing a unified response coming from the free thinkers, and the thinking is Trudeau with the help of Butts has made a colossal mistake when he referred to them as a "fringe group" and as having "unacceptable views". He really angered many with his infantile rant. I would like nothing more than to hear Trudeau speak on the issue as much as possible.

Indeed I too would like him to get as much air time as possible on this issue as it'll be recorded for posterity then.
Hopefully our fellow Canadians of all shades and persuasions can see now where some of this division is coming from.

I wonder what it would take to have a real media outlet that wasn't controlled by special interest?
They are still implementing mandates all over this province, I am aware of three that have been levelled this past week alone. If we look at a City who implements a mandate for its employees, it affects way more people than just the employees, it also affects all the private contractors who frequent the premises ie: plumbers, carpenters etc... If that isn't stupid enough, it also applies to individuals who volunteer in an emergency like sandbagging during a flood or putting out a wildfire, which we do annually around here.LOL
All to keep staff, "safe"....total bullshyte, the so-called Vaccine isn't working. At a time when Government should be flexible in an effort to minimize damage to its Citizens, they have become the complete opposite and rigid, adhering to rules that simply aren't necessary.
Dwayne LOL...Ihave noticed that global BC will bring in a ringer when they need the drama, this David Akin is one of them, but if you notice the anchor lady is complete with guffaws, head turns, low brow, smirks, and the ever present... "so-called freedom rally".
I really think that the media and this particular government has dug themselves a hole and it keeps getting deeper. The media was clinging to the little credibility it had, but I think Trudeau is done.
He can FO with the gun control too, all based on another lie perpetuated by government and media.
The media has dug a hole for themselves, the threats to politicians and reporters......lets explore the threats and the actual end results of the threats and intimidation this Government has layed at the feet of the populace.
Are you kidding me??.... jobs lost, homes divided, people Vaccine injured, no data available, data skewed, freedoms taken away, but if you take the jab you get that all back, those aren't threats? wtf??
I was looking at a poll that was taken of 30,000 people....78% were in favor of the rally.

Mainstream media in Canada is doing its best to either not talk about the total number of people in and supporting the convoy or put negative spins on every possible outcome. Our local news has almost a blackout on anything related to the convoy or the support it has garnered across the country.
It is also amazing to see the number of supporters lining a bridge or the edge of a road and the lack of a mess left behind as we have seen with other protests that have had media support (extinction rebellion - blocking a bridge and leaving a trash heap).
Hopefully the whole that the media has dug for themselves over this and other issues bites them hard.
So after the kids hockey game today we are loading up and heading to the Alberta Ledgeslature for todays protest. Several of my farmer customers headed out with semis this morning, a convoy went from Loyd and met up at Veg then are off to the city. I expect to be there by 5.. Is there anyone here on GETTR? I’m just joining up , I got off of Twitter when Trudeau was elected the second time around. I am not on Facebook, will try and load a video or two up on GETTR later .
