All the time as a kid! They ran it around the military base.

I see that some people are suing over it. Claim cancers and such. I’ve had no problems.

I remember the first plastic shotgun shells. For years we shot Peters 16 ga #2 paper roll crimps from a case my dad bought on a big sale. They were amazingly deadly.

I also remember the filling stations giving out drinking glasses and place mats with a fill up. One each time, you had to keep coming back to collect the sets.

Telephone party lines. We shared with one of Mom's friends who always was tryig to listen in on our calls.

Powdered milk - to make the budget stretch some.

A bread drawer in the kitchen, with a lid to pull closed, where all the bread crusts stayed until there was enough for stuffing.

Boiling hot dogs and soft-bioled eggs in the sap while making maple syrup, that we gathered in buckets.

All I know is I had ADHD before it was a diagnosis.

And somewhere around this joint I have the K-3 grade report cards to prove it.
