It was not made clear at any time through that conversation the woman had been singled out. It could just as easily have been a case of a neighbourhood being covered. It seems to be another case of paranoia which seems to be so prevalent around here.

They (government employees, top to bottom) don't see it that way, as evidenced by their own behavior over the last few decades.

That cop had absolutely zero business going to that woman's house. Since when are cops paid to do house call educational training on protest rules? Whether it's individually or by neighborhood. It's harassment and intimidation simply for having an opinion on the internet. The woman lives in Peterborough, several hours from Ottawa, ffs.
If that cop had any self-respect she would've turned in her badge before going to that house.
