Got to see the actual document when they briefly had it on display at the Alamo. Wish I could remember where I read the article which stated this letter was rated in the top 10 historical documents ever written.

You are never “fudged” if you can still die well. We are neither dead nor disarmed. When it comes to that, sell your life dearly, don’t just let them take it. That's great sigline material. great is almost an understatement. Liked it so much took a picture of the post so I can recall it as needed
We can keep Larry Root and all his idiotic blabber and user names on here, but we can't get Ralph back..... Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, over....

DANG, I forgot to remember The Alamo! I did remember the date, but I was gonna post about it, but it slipped my mind. We all need to remember. These men had to realize at some point that no help was coming. Each of them knew that to stay was to sacrifice their lives, but they decided to die rather than submit to tyranny. Great men. 7mm

This is the article I read last night. It does smack somewhat of revisionist history, but I thought it worthwhile regardless. 7mm

We had altogether different leaders in those days than we have today. Exactly, we also had different people in those days. Nope. They're still here, but a population of inferior humans has been allowed to survive. Nature eventually remedies that.
The only thing worse than a liberal is a liberal that thinks they're a conservative.
