Are these parcels available separately?
Or is access shared through one to get to the other?

They are available separately,

ALASKA is a "HARD COUNTRY for OLDMEN". (But if you live it wide'ass open, balls'to the wall, the pedal floored, full throttle, it is a delightful place, to finally just sit-back and savor those memories while sipping Tequila).

I agree with you. The person who purchased lot #4 was born, and raised in Moose Pass, Alaska. And is a hard-working Alaska professional welder. If you have noticed, I have for many decades been raving about exactly your point. Alaskans need to be buying Alaska. (NOTE: Less than one percent (1%) of Alaska "LAND" is in PRIVATE OWNERSHIP.

This last lot (7.6 acres) is an incredibly rare and unique property, with an 18' to 20' waterfalls, that could be utilized for generating electric power, and water supply.

It has grid electric, delivered underground. One inch (1") K-type copper tubing (120') connecting the existing 67' water well to the cabin. A 1,250-gallon septic system. Property located in SUNRISE, ALASKA, at mile 7.85 of the Hope Road, near the mouth of Six Mile Creek, (A "World" class-4 white water river). Sunrise, Alaska has a population of eleven (11) in a tiny area, completely surrounded by Seven and Half MILLION-acre (7,500,000) CHUGACH NATIONAL FOREST.
