Pretty much describes all Saudi's. Friend of mine was working for Aramco in the late '70's when the Trans Saudi highway was opened. He said the Saudi's were so stupid they couldn't get the concept of one way traffic lanes and the highway was too dangerous to drive on because of Saudi's driving the wrong way.
