Almost every year we get to watch a pair of hawks raise babies in one of our pastures.

The second known nest in my county since any one here has been alive. Sort of strange really, the Eagles started showing up here about the same time as the Black headed Vultures. We had one take up residency in a Cottonwood tree. It killed 5 or 6 chickens one day. Grandpa got the 30 out and let him have it. Threw the head in an ant pile.
If i wantb to see n eagles i go to the dump. We have hundreds there
