I’m not fond of Ballistic Tips in fast-movers but seem to do fine at moderate velocities. The 225 gr .358 BTs were great in the .35 Whelen. Sadly discontinued. 225 gr Accubonds shoot well but I have never tried them on game… yet

Like any cup and core bullet, I like to keep them under 3k fps mv. I think they would be very similar to a factory 243 100gr load in both recoil and energy.
