Ruger M77 RL/RLS 30/06. Lightweight 20inch barrel with iron sights. Gloss blue finish, walnut stock with black ebony forend top. This rifle has been hunted with and shows signs of some dents on the stock. Comes with a Redfield 2-7 wide field scope. Mfg serial number shows a made date of 1986. I have taken pics of all stock dents.

Yes, I have seen Ruger 77 RLS guns with 20" barrels. That would be a nice, handy hunting rifle. Wish someone that received pictures would put them up for everyone to see.
This is all factory. This did not have sights added after leaving the factory. I was told it’s a RL. And I was told it’s a RLS. I don’t have the box to confirm.
Factory installed sights on a 20” ultralight barrel contour would certainly make it a RLS. Its the first for me not being a 18-1/2” barrel. Very interesting indeed!!!
Not sure, but the RLS may have a little heavier contour barrel. There is one on gun broker to to look at. Also, I have seen more in 243, 308, and 358 than 30-06. The 77 RLS is for real.
