Guys in Panama are hitting the Dorado very well. Great to see... Small boat fishing rural community (Pacific side) with locals... have not been in 2-3 years. Would love to do an excursion like that. Unfortunately without connections all one can find is the commercial outfits in tourist traps. That's the only reason I haven't done it yet.
