Most likely they joined a traveling county fair midway show. Easy for weirdos to blend in.

AMEN! I worked in LE for over 26 years and learned quickly that I didn't have what it took to be a CO. The ones I interacted with in AK during my career were damned good people.

A friend was traveling with her boyfriend - who is 6 foot nine- and she is shorter and blond.

They went to leave a store and cops came up and separated them and after some tense moments it became clear that some idiot called the cops and told them they saw "that couple on the run."

She laughed about it later but said it was a little stressful

I've had occasion to visit our local[county] jail on business over the past 5-10 years several times.
I don't recall ever meeting or seeing any men working there.
Seems odd to basically have all women working the jail.

The hottest car in America has been in the impound yard at the Williamson Co. Sheriff's Office for a week. Nobody noticed anything until last night.
Where is Barney Fife when you need him?

FLORENCE, Ala. — The conspicuous orange getaway car used by escaped convict Casey Cole White and former jail boss Vicky White was found at a Tennessee tow pound, the US Marshals Service confirmed.

The 2007 Ford Edge, which had been purchased by Vicky sometime before she and Casey allegedly fled the Lauderdale County jail last week, was tracked down at the tow pound by the US Marshals Service Friday, the agency said.

The car had been found locked and abandoned last Friday around 2 p.m., just hours after the pair fled, on a rural road in Bethesda, about two hours north of the jail, the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office in Tennessee and the Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office in Alabama said.

Cops confirmed the car is the one White purchased.

Around 11:30 p.m. Thursday, investigators got a tip that a car matching the description of the midsize SUV had been spotted at a tow pound in Williamson County, Tennessee.

It was found and picked up by a tow truck after someone called the Sheriff’s office to report it abandoned.

The car was later impounded and investigators didn’t get a tip that it was at the tow pound until late Thursday evening, the USMS said.

In the 80's I was in the NG with quite a few guys that were prison guards that worked at the state Penn in Florence. Most were real good guys but one that wasn't was Timothy Ring, now doing life in the big house.

“Up the River” is Sing Sing. “The Big House” is Lewisburg. I realize that people use the terms generically like Vaseline and Kleenex. Just wanted to use this opportunity to call attention to it. I happened to be talking to a unit manager at Lewisburg just now and the name was not familiar to them.

Big house is just a term for prison as far as I know. Do a google search of Timothy Ring and Wells Fargo, that should do it.

AFAIK, "Big House" denotes a state or federal penitentiary versus a town, county, or municipal jail. Or am I wrong?

Lewisburg is The Big House and it is known for that and as that. As far as I know all use of the term originates there. My daughter is the historian there. It is Federal. I just researched and there was a 1930 movie by the same name that predates Lewisburg. So who knows but Lewisburg is definitely called and known throughout the system as The Big House. Maybe it got its name from the movie.

Maybe you can catch up with them down your way and chat them up and see what ya think..

He's worth $10K and they are offering $5K For her so if nothing else you could score 15 grand.

Women aren't worth as much in the professional or criminal world, are they?

No way.

I’d have to know:

A.) if he’s guilty and B.) if the person deserved to be killed.

Based on his conviction. You might be able to quickly gloss over that with him. Then move right into does he deserve to suck your Glock.

I’d bet the plan had a few different layers. There was his plan, and then there was what she thought was their plan. She’s more than likely in a shallow grave, and he is hid out somewhere with her money.
