What is a Bubbaed 1903 that has the Pederson device slot worth? It’s in good shape and looks like it could be put back to right pretty easily with a new stock.

Depends on how bad Bubba worked it over and how many original parts it has.

It looks all original and in perfect shape. All one would have to do is replace the stock and the endcap/bayonet lug hardware.

It still depends on a lot of factors. If it's truly original (correct barrel and bolt, correct metal finish, MkI trigger/cutoff, etc.) it would be worth considerably more than one with later parts.

MKI's were built during a transition period for metal finishes, so it could be either black Parkerizing or blued.

It might be a few weeks until I get back out to it. I’m an old Mauser guy and not a Springfield guy. I know enough to recognize it was one of the hundred thousand or so modified for the Pederson device. It has a bubbaed stock, but everything else looks original.
