Twitter is house of cards, I have $100 that says they cooked the books on the real number of human users. Any takers?
Someone is going to jail over this. Nobody is going to jail over this. Fraud is crime, the numbers of users is how the company was valued. We are talking potential worldcom level fraud here from a company that had 55 billion market valuation.

Except you have a lefty company run by a CEO from India that would be investigated by the very administration that benefits the most from Twitter being lefty.
