Perps should have never even been cuffed, and left lying where they fell. No! First they need to have all worthwhile information extracted from them. Then, they deserve (only because this is AMERICA!) a fair trial and (short) appeals process. Then we need to send them straight to hell. A fair trial and (short) appeals process is one of the things that makes U.S. special. We can't ignore the Constitution.

That should have taken all of 10 minutes to see what happened with all the security cameras in that place. POS cops and Mavericks security. Makes me wonder if the perps paid off and were coordinating with someone on the inside. Bingo !

Latest news. Emanuel Jose Cartagena, 34, is the man who kidnapped this girl. He is a convicted pimp. Cartagena was cleared by a grand jury for the kidnapping and forced prostitution of this underage girl. The DA’s office did NOT ask for an indictment when presenting their case. The Dallas DA is John Cruezot - you can see him on an internet search - he has an established history of failing to pursue prosecutions. Cartagena has one prior conviction for a 2016 case of promotion of prostitution of a person under the age of 18, a second-degree felony. A 2015 Harris County (Houston) case of compelling prostitution of an underage person was dismissed. This scum got complete mercy. Disgusting.

Houston is the ground zero for this issue in Texas. As a result, it's one of the biggest cities for human trafficking in the US.

They are really big on importing young underage girls from Thailand. They promise the poor, rural Thai families their daughters will make big money working in Texas restaurants and hotels. Once they get them into Texas they take their passports and put them to work in the popular Asian massage parlors. Plenty of out of town business types attending conventions and events that need young Thai girls to give them massages. it's a industry worth billions of dollars
