I really dig the Basque style link chorizo. The stuff with pimentos that they turn everyday for a week. Have to go visit my buddy in ID to get the good stuff. IIRC the store bought that I've had there that was pretty good was from Gem Pack.
^^^Oh Yeah, this is the stuff, we smuggle a whole ice chest full back from Idaho every year.^^^

Had some we made for breakfast. Fried a corn tortilla, Chorizo with fried diced potatoes, herdez salsa and tapatia, Two fried eggs on top. Hell of a way to start the day.
