13% of the population, male to female proportions 50/50, so 6.5% of the population commits a little over 50% of all violent crime in America. It's a way of life with them, always has been. But, at one time we were able to keep them under some sort of control and it wasn't near as bad as it is now. The onset of LBJ's policies, along with the Civil Rights Act, enabled Negroes to pretty much sit on their azz and do nothing, and be took care of by the government. This idleness, and the breakup of the Black family unit, left the Negro male with nothing to do if they didn't want to, so many of them just began to do what has always been a way of life with them...........a life of crime and violence.

not defending the blacks on this one... at the same time, there are still a lot of decent black folks in our society...
and I am sure that all this gun violence by people of their own color is a bigger embarrassment than we can imagine...
they are closer to the trenches than we are on average...
but pointing fingers at our ethnic groups and racist, does more to divide our nation than bring each of us together...
people that kill other human beings, it really doesn't matter what their race is, or what their ethnicity is....
they as an individual owe society for their crimes, not their entire race... regardless if there are more from this group, than another group...
United We Stand, Divided We Fall.... the DNCC are the ones who work to Divide us all....
They are the ones who keep racism alive in this world, more than any other force....
Flame away, but I stand by what I say here.... and any one who knows me can tell ya, I am not an apologist for how our nation has become so screwed up, but we can thank our politicians for that.. not each other... Civic Nationalism is ghey AF.

Seafire, while you are right in that there some decent Black folks around, the problem is that most of those "decent" Black folks are going to take up for the bad ones, and blame their troubles on Ole Whitey. I've seen it happen time and time again. Black on Black crime is just a way of life with many of them, and they accept it up a point, and they don't like seeing Whites sticking their noses into it. That's why the shootings and killings among Blacks in the inner cities is so bad. The so called "decent" Blacks could do something about it if the wanted, but they refuse to.

Until I see a prominent black leader stand up and say, " We, the black community ", have a problem. We glorify gangs, drugs, thugs. We don't value education. We don't value hard work and expect everything handed to us. We have destroyed our family units with out of wedlock children." Etc. Things will never change.

Here in Louisiana I guess 99% of gun violence is by black people they shoot each other daily and it doesn't reduce their population we are saturated with them.

Civic Nationalism is ghey AF. Just by virtue of its being Nationalist it is better than every other form of liberalism. That isn't much but it is something. I think that if a civnat spent a few weeks working behind the counter of a convenience store in East St Louis or the Ninth Ward in New Orleans, they'd come out of that experience thinking like a National Socialist. Southern Oregon lacks the diversity necessary to bring about such a change though.

If you just consider white Americans, the homicide rate is lower than European countries which have much more restrictive gun control laws. Without blacks, the US homicide rate would be very low. Just see www.fbi.govExactly. A point that cannot be made often enough.

I don't know that the black community, as a whole, actively glorifies gangs, drugs, and thugs, but they seem to tolerate bad behavior in their ranks. The destruction of the traditional two parent family unit is destroying all of America, not just the black community, although I have read that somewhere around 75% of black babies are born to unwed mothers. It seems to me that African Americans tend to be feral breeders and that is at least one of the root causes for their economic challenges. In 2020 a black man who was protesting the George Floyd death was shot and killed by a white man. The local newspaper reported that the dead man, James Scurlock, shared at least 1 parent with 25 other people. Think about that, between his black father and white mother they produced 25 children with multiple partners. As a role model, Scurlock's father is a convicted felon, so the adjective "good" isn't applicable. What kind of parents create 25 children that they can't afford to raise?
