Do you people actually believe that is a legitimate picture????????????? It is definitely a staged photo. the screw in that position would not secure the outlet wall plate to the actual outlet. It would easily fall off if bumped. The picture taker must have really been having a slow and boring day. Additionally, if the person put the metal screw in the slot with the hot wire, nothing would have happened, simply because it was not a complete or grounded circuit.
