By chance is there a source for comparable numbers over the last 20 years as to facility fires?
The biggest part of my life was spent building my company which I have now sold. My company specialized in exactly this, food processing plants, associated ammonia plants, spiral freezer additions etc. there wasnt anything close to a fire in any I knew of over those years. Those plants are incredibly clean, protected, inspected, and have government inspectors on site always with the power to shut down everything on the spot.
We walked on eggshells those years with oversite from many directions. I could go on and on. Seeing that list of plant casualties there is something very bad, and planned out to make this happen.

The bird flu has been in the news for months, one of those "plants" you claimed was "destroyed" isn't that far from where I live. 39 million birds have "culled" so far this year and none of those facilities were "destroyed".
