It's been H.A.F. here in Big D. Worked outside most of the day yesterday at 107° I sweat my arse off and I don;t particularly want to do it again today.

Local reservoir dropped to 20% capacity by 2013.
The spring, summer and fall of 2015, the reservoir went from 20% capacity to 110% capacity

Haven't looked.

But the humidity is high and the sun is blaring. It's easily over 100 heat index, instant sweat when you walk outside.

About time for me to hibernate.

Warmest day this year was a couple days ago, 68 Degrees. 54 right now, slight drizzle. mid 60's all this upcoming week, with a little bit of rain mixed in.

Today Las Vegas was 108. yesterday it was 112. don't bring your RV here. 3 AC units in our 33 ft and it barely stayed below 80 inside.

This early heat wave will be an interesting test for the power grid.... been reading that drought conditions are putting production levels low.
