Back in the day I ran a small (40 employee) vending company, owned by a local Pepsi franchise. When a route driver job opened up I interviewed several candidates and ended up hiring a woman. She was the first female route driver in the company. Several people at the parent company congratulated me on hiring a woman. I was actually offended by that. I hired the best person for the job. Her gender played no role.
I didn’t last long at that job.

Stop, think about this...considering the message that this administration is putting out, it's always lies, it's not a message that anyone in productive society wants to hear, nobody with an IQ above 86 is listening, the messaging is absolutely totally irrelevant...so what possible difference does it make if she is as incompetent as her masters? Why would we care? It's similar to the way I see gay and/or African dominated commercials, I am not interested in what the ads are selling, so I am not interested in who is doing the selling. If it keeps a bunch of African folks off the public dole, fine with me. If the barrage of gay interaction commercials invades my living room when the grandsons are here, then the TV goes off or channel is switched. Not losing sleep over any of this. They are shooting themselves in the foot with the very people that make America work, and that is ok.
