Except for liqueur which is why I seldom drink it.

Never enjoyed the buzz involved, don't know why anyone would want to feel like that.

Back in the years that I took on large projects and had teams of men working I'd wake-up every morning with complete detailed plans for every man for the day but I was most often exhausted right when I'd get up too.

My mind don't stop working when I sleep, the indica turns it off like a light switch.

No work till Monday when I start a big commercial job, just got to go pick up some tools from a shower job. the engineer used his measurements instead mine and ended up 4 tiles short, so have to wait a week to get another box.

I woke up at 0300 mountain time. I can function on 6 hours most of time.

I have this thing that if I am sleeping well and get woke up by something, for the next week I will wake up at that same time.

Hope the color lot is close enough.
I'd have figured in a +5% for breakage.

That'll be an exspensive 4 tiles to go back and install, if they match.

Always figure 5% and on some patterns 10%, but this guy knows better...

On all my remote Alaskan work I'd figure +10% on everything, even the men needed.
Lots of damage with shipping and handling of materials.

The 10% extra crew had a great effect.
My longterm regular guys would let the rookies know I was looking for someone to fire day one and tell them why.

It makes them try harder.

Got Mercury too, tho it’s so faint in the dawn glow I woulda missed it without Venus the moon and Mars to line up on.

Try taking a melatonin about 20 minutes before bed. It will put you to sleep fast. I wake up feeling great.

I noticed once I stopped eating a real evening super that my sleep time goes goofy…

So have meat and tatters between 5-6 pm and see it that doesn’t pull you back into alignment.

I'll have that happen too - be fine mostly then go a week with horrible insomnia and average 2 hours of basically light napping a night for a week.

Lately tho it's BRUTAL tinnitus keeping me up.

Melatonin

Before using this medication, talk to your healthcare provider. You may not be able to use this medication if you have certain medical conditions, such as:

diabetesdepressiona bleeding or blood clotting disorder such as hemophiliataking a blood thinner like warfarinhigh or low blood pressureepilepsy or other seizure disorderif you are using any medicine to prevent organ transplant rejectionan autoimmune conditionusing other sedatives or tranquilizers

It is not known whether this medication will harm an unborn baby. Do not use this product without medical advice if you are pregnant.

High doses of this medicine may affect ovulation, making it difficult for you to get pregnant.

It is not known whether melatonin passes into breast milk or if it could harm a nursing baby. Do not use this product without medical advice if you are breast-feeding a baby.

Do not give any herbal/health supplement to a child without medical advice.

Higher doses are commonly marketed in the U.S. (up to 10 mg), but higher doses may be associated with more side effects such as headache, next day grogginess, or vivid dreams. Side effects of melatonin may be worse in older adults.

Always start with the lowest dose. According to a Cochrane review, doses over 5 mg appear to be no more effective than lower doses. Higher doses may result in excessively high levels of physiologic melatonin.

If you suspect an overdose or serious adverse effects or allergic reactions, seek emergency medical attention from your health care provider or call the Poison Help Line at 1-800-222-1222.

When I cant sleep I eat something. I usually can sleep with a little food in my gut. Nothing worse on me than not getting enough sleep.

Life can be rough on us dreamers.
