If ya wanna find out how your air rifle shoots, go with JSB.
They seem ta be the standard, at least pellet-wise.
Heaviest pellet in your caliber.
If your rifle won't shoot those, it won't shoot. Same formula for both PCP and gas piston guns ?? Heaviest for caliber ??

My Hatsan 125 Sniper, 22 caliber, does it's best with the JSB 18.13gr. Had a RWS 3500, 22 caliber, that was crap for accuracy with the JSB 18.13gr, but did very well with the Crosman 14.3gr.

Always fun ta figure out the most accurate projectile, if things is goin good. When they ain't, back ta basics. JSB heavies are known for uniform concentricity, lead hardness, and a design with a good center of gravity. Takes the pellet quality outta the equation. Heavy for caliber choice covers the excess speed a rifle night be shootin, which can affect accuracy. May not be where ya finish, but a good place ta start.

Yeah, my PCPs do very good with the JSBs. 18.13gr for the 22, and the 25 does super with the 25gr and the 34gr.
