Giving up beer/bourbon is a non starter for me but I have switched over to much lighter IPA's. You must carry that light IPA in your purse! 😂😉 They're called 'man purse' thanks 👍

Quit alcohol 30 years ago. The world is a better place for it. I get good cardio exercise, but need to get some strength training in. Hard to do with fugkt up shoulder. My diet is pretty good. I could improve, but my blood numbers are good. Could use to drink more water. Never giving up midget porn.

Since seeing the Orthopedic doc. on the 6th of this month and getting the TKR news, dietary recommendations, etc. my life/health has undergone a change I never thought possible… COPD (bronchitis) is virtually gone… along with the inhaler the doc prescribed, I started spraying a OTC nasal spray up my nose, waiting a half hour, then flushing my sinuses with a concoction of salt/baking soda and warm water…also started taking vitamins and increased my protein intake…since I’ve regained the use of my right knee, I’ve been catching up on things that got put on the back burner and doing a lot of extra walking… the only negative thing has been sore calf muscles. This morning my blood pressure was 112/63… I feel more like 40 instead of 70. What the hell? not long ago you were a covtard of the highest order... though for sure you would die from it... yet you smoked a couple packs a day and had high blood pressure? WTF? why didn't you die?

I just got a new bike, try to ride for an hour or more every day and push myself hard enough to get in a good cardio workout. Easy on the knees.
I was inspired by Paul Barnard and all the positive feedback he gets here on his cycling.

He's always asked for frontals before. And he definitely wants the potato in the front.

Less booze, a shot every two weeks, more exercise, fewer carbs, and more time with my friends and family.
A year ago I got 2K bike miles in, this year only 1K, but I’m hiking more too.
