Quit alcohol 30 years ago. The world is a better place for it. I get good cardio exercise, but need to get some strength training in. Hard to do with fugkt up shoulder. My diet is pretty good. I could improve, but my blood numbers are good. Could use to drink more water. Never giving up midget porn.

What the hell? not long ago you were a covtard of the highest order... though for sure you would die from it... yet you smoked a couple packs a day and had high blood pressure? WTF? why didn't you die?

I just got a new bike, try to ride for an hour or more every day and push myself hard enough to get in a good cardio workout. Easy on the knees.

I was inspired by Paul Barnard and all the positive feedback he gets here on his cycling.

My spandex nuthuggers are white, with skidmarks.

Cuts down on people following too closely.

I’m drinking more. I think it’s made a real positive difference.

He's always asked for frontals before. And he definitely wants the potato in the front.

Less booze, a shot every two weeks, more exercise, fewer carbs, and more time with my friends and family.

A year ago I got 2K bike miles in, this year only 1K, but I’m hiking more too.
