Who needs a chain saw when you have a 300 Wby ? 😁

Liked the suspenseful music before each shot. While I’ve never owned a 300 weatherly, I have owned and hunted with a 300 rem ultra mag which is essentially the same. Recoil vs results wasn’t to my liking so I sent it down the road.

You can wade through all the promo bullscheit and decide for yourself. Nothing in .30 caliber kills better than a .300 Roy. Well, maybe a .300 RUM…

It's definitely corny but still there's entertainment value if nothing else. The one I really like the best is the old film of Camp Wimchester and the model 71 348win. Classic old film, and yes i have 4 of the rifles.

A 78 year old cartridge that is still a premier long range cartridge. Factory ammo that is actually at rated velocities unlike many other manufacturers.

I guess hearing protection was for sissies back then! My dad ran airboats in the glades for decades, no ear muffs, can't hear a thing. I didn't wear them either, ears rang for days after, only my exposure was limited to years, not decades.
